Permanent Childcare Educator

Tradewind Australia is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate educator to join a well established team in North Mackay.
The successful candidate will support with the planning, implementation and evluation of all programs for the children.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment Key skills and requirements: An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines An approved Working with Children Check - Blue Card Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
