Then this role may be for you! A rare & exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join Anglicare's Permanency Support Program (PSP) portfolio.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented person to lead quality assurance and compliance operations across Anglicare's PSP portfolio ensuring that our organisation meets the highest standards of care and compliance in line with Practice Standards.
The PSP portfolio includes Foster care/Kinship Care, Permanency Support, Intensive Therapeutic Care and Carer Recruitment & Support.
About the Role: Working within Anglicare's PSP portfolio, the PSP Quality and Compliance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives that guarantee the delivery of safe, connected, and person-centred services to our children and carers.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the PSP portfolio has the capacity to meet and maintain the necessary legislative, compliance, and accreditation standards for NSW and ACT.
This role can be based at any of the sites: Liverpool, Wagga Wagga, Albury, or South Coast.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation of a robust PSP portfolio-wide and service-specific work program for policy, procedure, and practice guide reviews, including embedding a collaborative approach to development, compliance, and continuous improvement.Drive policy development and continuous improvement initiatives, in collaboration with the PSP Principal Officer and Senior Management, that uphold the Sanctuary commitments and embed child safety and cultural safety across the PSP portfolio.Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and ensure staff are supervised and supported in the performance of their roles in accordance with the Organisation's Sanctuary model, Anglicare's Values, and Anglicare's Code of Conduct, policy, procedures, and systems.Lead the ongoing planning, coordination, and implementation of strategies for current and future Office of Children Guardian PSP service accreditation.Work in partnership with managers and coordinators to support the implementation of practice improvement strategies.About You: The most important attribute that you can bring to this role is your passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
