We are searching for a leader to join our dynamic team at St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital, supporting the Director of Clinical Services.
The Opportunity In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and collaborating with the Senior Management team. You will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success by providing clinical leadership, overseeing patient flow in and out of the hospital, and offering operational support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Supporting growth, business development, and addressing the business needs identified by the Executive team and Ramsay Health CareMaintaining a relentless focus on clinical excellence across the organizationSupervising care delivery and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes within resource constraints and compliance requirementsPlanning and managing hospital and departmental budgets in consultation with other executive team membersAssessing workplace culture and implementing actions to support positive culture maintenanceManaging Human Resources to forecast future workforce requirements and develop and implement strategies accordinglyAbout You You excel at fostering positive working relations with key stakeholders, developing people and building high-performance teams. In addition, you will also demonstrate:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationMinimum of 5 years' experience in a management role or equivalentDemonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide teams effectivelyExperience in strategic planning, reporting, and policy developmentFamiliarity with quality and risk management frameworks, as well as clinical governance principlesStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle complex operational challenges in a dynamic environmentWhat's in it for you?
