The Performing Arts program currently offers optional tuition on all orchestral instruments, voice, piano, guitar, and music theory. All Year 5 students receive compulsory tuition on an orchestral instrument as part of a year-long scheduled weekly Music curriculum experience.
This position is suitable for a qualified, experienced, and collaborative professional violin/viola tutor.
This is a casual position that will initially involve approximately 8 hours per week of one-on-one violin/viola tuition. However, there is potential for increased hours over time due to growth in the program. The confirmed number and spread of employment hours will be determined in discussion with successful applicants based on availability.
The successful applicant will bring excellent pedagogical and curriculum development skills, innovation, a strong, contemporary vision for teaching, and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in the education of young women.
This position will commence on Monday, 20 January 2025.
