Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time We are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer currently working in the construction sector to help deliver a range of commercial tiling projects. The position reports to the Project Manager and works closely with the Managing Director for liaison with the team, external contractors, and clients.
The Role The key requirements of the role include:
Working closely with the Project Manager to provide project support from project commencement to handover. Coordinating project resources, deliverables, and other relevant information related to the project. Contract administration including managing the scope of work. Providing progress reports for internal and client use, cost management. Ensuring quality assurance standards are met through effective documentation and version control. Providing tender support by assisting in the preparation and submission of tender documents. Working under our safety management system and assisting with the implementation of safety documentation for each project. Performing document control functions for each project, acting as the primary administrator for our Job management software (Simpro). Having working knowledge of project management software. Experienced Project Support Officer with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial construction sector. Having a systematic work style and enjoying variety in projects. Proven track record as a Contract Administrator. Enjoying being part of a team of Project Managers, Administrators, and Trades. Will be assisted by an in-house Project Administrator to deliver projects; we work as a team and value collaborative working styles. Having working knowledge of Aconex or Procore or similar project management software. Working knowledge of Simpro is desirable. The role is full time - working hours are from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, based in our office in Landsdale.
