Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and Python to assess system performance under various conditions.
Analyze system performance metrics and identify performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development teams to diagnose performance issues and recommend optimization strategies.
Integrate performance tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to ensure automated testing of new builds.
Use SQL to query databases and extract performance-related data for detailed analysis.
Generate performance test reports and present findings to technical teams and stakeholders.
Ensure performance testing adheres to best practices and standards.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing.
Strong experience in Python for scripting and automation of performance tests.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
Solid knowledge of SQL for database querying and performance data extraction.
Understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, and scalability testing.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in performance optimization and tuning of applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
for distributed performance testing.
Good communication skills for presenting performance issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
