The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Performance Test Analyst to join their dynamic team for an initial contract through to the end of financial year 2025 (30 June 2025) with strong scope to extend.

The Role As a Performance Test Analyst, you will develop comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans to align with project goals.
You other responsibilities will include: Creating, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar platforms.
Monitoring system performance under load, analysing key metrics like response time, throughput, and scalability.
Identifying performance bottlenecks and provide detailed documentation on root causes and potential solutions.
Collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues and optimise performance.
Conducting load, stress, and volume testing while utilising tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics for real-time performance monitoring.
About You To excel in this role, you will have a relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
You will also have: Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, Gatling).
Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps environments and SDLC processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
Certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level, CPTP, or LoadRunner Certification is desirable.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
