Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Performance Test Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, executing, and analyzing performance tests based on non-functional requirements identified by stakeholders.
You will ensure that all testing priorities are met, resources are effectively managed, and performance testing efforts align with strategic objectives.
You will work across a variety of applications and systems, leveraging a range of testing, monitoring, and reporting tools to deliver reliable insights that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
You will also provide guidance and technical advice to team members and key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of performance testing strategies aimed at delivering quality outcomes and improving efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities: Design and plan performance test artifacts, including test estimation, scheduling, strategies, execution reports, defect reports, and summary reports.Lead the execution of performance analysis, planning, and performance improvement activities.Perform technical analysis during the discovery phase, including scripting protocols and monitoring requirements.Collaborate with the Performance Technical Lead for specialized technical assistance when necessary.Produce high-quality test artifacts such as application simulation models, test cases, defects, and complex test data, adhering to internal standards and guidelines.Develop and maintain test performance suites.Conduct detailed performance analysis across multi-technology, multi-platform environments.Liaise with test managers, project managers, and key stakeholders to identify performance testing needs, estimate effort, and manage testing schedules.Report on testing activities, escalate risks and issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.Support the development of performance testing strategies that enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality results.Participate in meetings and workshops related to internal and external testing operations.Provide expert technical advice on system usability and performance to senior staff and systems developers.Plan and manage complex performance tests to ensure applications meet specific technical requirements prior to release.Mentor team members, share your knowledge within the performance testing realm.To be successful, you will have: 5 years' experience as a Performance Test Analyst.Proficiency in performance testing tools and languages, including LoadRunner and Micro Focus ALM.Expertise in scripting protocols such as CITRIX / VDI, Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Siebel, Java, Mobile, Salesforce, and Mulesoft.Strong SQL skills and troubleshooting experience.Solid experience with performance analysis and monitoring using various monitoring techniques and technologies.Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).Experience in developing detailed test plans and application simulation models.Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.Formal qualifications within Performance Testing or Testing, preferably ISTQB.Perks of the role: Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement (part WFH flexibility considered)$5000 annual training allowance for Permanent staffAdditional 5 days of paid training leave for Permanent staffAccess to industry leading Testing experts who make up our management teamFormal mentoring and buddy programsA dedicated Service Delivery Manager to assist you in planning your career goals and training courses (paid for by us)Opportunity to gain exposure to various client sites$500 annual allowance for anything relating to your Health and Wellbeing.Next steps: Apply via Seek and send your most up to date resume along with authority for exclusive representation.Include security clearance details (CSID Number, Level, and Expiry Date)Include contact details of 2 refereesAdvise of your notice period and availability, including any upcoming leave dates (exceeding 1 week)#J-18808-Ljbffr
