We are looking for two (2) headcounts (1 Manager & 1 Senior Manager) Open to both Manager (for Permanent employment) and Senior Manager (for a 12-month Maximum Term Contract) - Full-time
All locations in AU - Hybrid

We're looking for a Performance & Reward Manager and Senior Manager to lead and participate in key projects in support of the overall P&C strategy and priorities.
As an expert in Remuneration practices, you'll solve problems by partnering with our Lines of Service to help them solve some of their biggest challenges in relation to people, talent, and pay. In our Performance & Reward team, you will:
Lead the Performance & Reward team in the day-to-day operations including providing ongoing support to the team in partnering with their specific client groups and managing the performance of the team (for Senior Manager role) Provide performance and reward related advice to key stakeholders and leaders Be accountable for all projects and change management initiatives within the Performance and Reward space Oversee all analytical work the team delivers including reporting and modeling throughout the year Lead the preparation and submission of industry remuneration surveys Be the custodian of and maintain the integrity of PwC pay framework and structure Be an escalation point for employee and Team Leader queries on Reward and performance. You are highly skilled in Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, modeling, and manipulation. You possess a high numerical aptitude, strong analytical skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
