You will Facilitate the overall prioritisation and delivery of Performance and Rewards programs including (but not limited to): remuneration benchmarking and data analysis, job architecture updates, share plan management, benefits and superannuation plan management and remuneration review management.
As an Analyst, Performance and Reward, you will: Work with the regional HR teams to provide advice (i.e.
benchmarking, data analysis, benefit interpretation) relating to existing remuneration policy.
Provide advice on market rates of remuneration across all areas of the company and manage data submissions for participation in benchmarking surveys.
Project management of the annual remuneration review process.
Lead the upkeep and oversight of systems to manage remuneration data and reporting (i.e., Workday, Link Market Services etc).
Provide project management, consulting and analytical support for short term incentive design and remuneration issues to meet the business needs.
Provide research and assistance in drafting remuneration disclosures.
Assist in the preparation of data and analysis for board and executive papers.
