Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.

You will Facilitate the overall prioritisation and delivery of Performance and Rewards programs including (but not limited to): remuneration benchmarking and data analysis, job architecture updates, share plan management, benefits and superannuation plan management and remuneration review management.
As an Analyst, Performance and Reward, you will: Work with the regional HR teams to provide advice (i.e.
benchmarking, data analysis, benefit interpretation) relating to existing remuneration policy.
Provide advice on market rates of remuneration across all areas of the company and manage data submissions for participation in benchmarking surveys.
Project management of the annual remuneration review process.
Lead the upkeep and oversight of systems to manage remuneration data and reporting (i.e., Workday, Link Market Services etc).
Provide project management, consulting and analytical support for short term incentive design and remuneration issues to meet the business needs.
Provide research and assistance in drafting remuneration disclosures.
Assist in the preparation of data and analysis for board and executive papers.
About you We're looking for someone with: Tertiary qualification in a related discipline High level understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks 1-2 years' experience in consulting, in-house reward team, HR or accounting Strong understanding of excel and other analytics systems Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Financial services or consulting experience desirable How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
