What We Offer: Job Security: Full-time, permanent position.Attractive Salary: Competitive remuneration package.Flexible Work Environment: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.Supportive Team: Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Direct Reports:ThreeYour Responsibilities: Monitor and report on BGIS (BMS) and subcontractor performance against contractual obligations.Ensure accuracy of data within BGIS systems and reporting portals.Develop and maintain BGIS processes and procedures for performance management.Deliver training to client and teams on the BGIS Performance Centre.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with the ISS service agreement.Manage the client Quote Approval Process and ensure KPIs are met.Evaluate and report on the performance of external service providers, including the BGIS Call Centre.What You'll Bring: Industry Expertise: Experience in subcontract management, facilities management, or related outsourcing services.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on facility and financial data, including complex KPIs.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Leadership: Proven capability to lead, manage, and influence business relationships positively.Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Familiarity with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.Why Join BGIS?
