Performance Media Manager

We are seeking a Junior Performance Media Manager specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Meta advertising.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve client goals.Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, CTR, and other KPIs.Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient spend and optimal results.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.Reporting: Create clear and concise reports for clients, highlighting performance, insights, and next steps.Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to continuously enhance campaign performance.Team Support: Collaborate with senior team members and assist in developing client strategies.Key RequirementsExperience: 2 years+ of hands-on experience in managing SEM and Meta advertising campaigns.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
