About the Role As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social), you will be at the forefront of driving student enrolments through innovative and data-driven paid social campaigns. You'll collaborate with a passionate and dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital, and wield your expertise to craft strategies that resonate with prospective students.
You'll manage significant budgets and implement cutting-edge A/B tests to unlock growth opportunities, all while leveraging your analytical prowess to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities: Paid Social Advertising Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn advertising platforms to drive student acquisition and business growth.Campaign Strategy: Craft and execute data-driven campaigns that consistently deliver on KPI's (cost-per-lead, cost-per-enrolment). You'll oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from execution and budget allocation to tracking, optimization, and performance analysis.A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations and drive incremental growth.Remarketing and Retargeting: Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage with key segments across the prospective and existing student journey.Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets effectively, you'll always be on top of allocating resources to top-performing campaigns and identifying areas for increased investment.Data-Driven Reporting: You'll use your analytical mindset to utilize reporting tools like Data Studio, Supermetrics, GA4, and automated Google Sheets to provide regular, insightful reports on campaign performance, enabling informed decision-making.Requirements: 5+ years' experience driving performance with paid social.Advanced skillset in Meta and Instagram Ads, and a familiarity with objectives spanning across both brand and performance campaigns. Experience with LinkedIn Ads will also be highly regarded.Proficient knowledge of Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), coupled with a history of optimizing these key metrics.Experience managing at least 7-figure budgets across a single brand.Outstanding attention to detail and great Excel skills when it comes to analyzing data.Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.Results-driven mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement.Prior experience with a high ticket and long buying cycle product is a significant plus.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.What's in it for you?
