Job Description Are you passionate about education and inspired by the idea of helping people to better their lives? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of paid media campaigns.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will offer thought leadership and implement innovative strategies to help OUA expand across new and existing digital channels. You will leverage performance marketing automation tools and reporting systems, focusing on detailed optimisation, integrating these campaigns into the broader strategy, and managing paid media budgets effectively.
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day Drive growth and acquisition by generating new site visitors and increasing high quality leads through targeted paid media strategies. Collaborate with a peer to manage activation campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video channels, ensuring effective budget management to meet performance targets. Support end-to-end paid media campaign management including planning, execution, measurement, and optimisation based on key performance metrics such as cost per, conversion rate and ROAS. Develop and test campaign hypotheses, forecast results, and conduct post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Use data insights to enhance paid media performance with a focus on improving the customer experience and achieving growth objectives. Optimise the technical aspects of OUA's paid media efforts, including managing and troubleshooting tagging and measurement systems for accurate data collection and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions that align with performance marketing goals and drive business success. If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for A track record in performance marketing, with expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of paid media campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and biddable automation and performance platforms. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. Technical proficiency in tag management systems and digital analytics tools, specifically Tealium & GA4. Ability to simplify technical concepts and marketing terminology for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to succeed both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team; and Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in performance marketing contexts.
