THE POSITION The Performance Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Online Team and plays a pivotal role in the development and growth of the RATIONALE business, both within Australia and across our international digital ecosystem. The primary purpose of this role is to implement a creative and compelling digital marketing plan across all RATIONALE's digital touchpoints, which drives business and brand growth, as well as recruiting new and maintaining existing clients to RATIONALE across the globe.
You will lead in all aspects of customer acquisition, engagement, and retargeting across major digital channels. In this strategic role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimising high-impact, performance-based campaigns, including paid search, SEO, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
As a key player in our Online Team, you'll leverage your strong analytical skills and deep understanding of digital strategies to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives. You will implement revenue-boosting strategies and manage essential agency partnerships to maximise our digital presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and execute a performance media strategy for all RATIONALE sites, including Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States.Drive new client acquisition across Flagship & Online and increase existing client engagement through digital communications.Own the relationship with RATIONALE's performance marketing agency to deliver effective and optimised online advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads (Adwords, Shopping, Display, and YouTube).Support the business CRM projects including client data and marketing lists database segmentation, transactions, and other CRM related initiatives.Expertise in SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate marketing with a track record of integrating and managing multi-channel efforts.Hands-on with affiliate marketing, retargeting, and shopping campaigns to boost sales.Bringing insights via Search and Social advertising knowledge.Build out client journey maps and develop landing page processes to display relevant content to relevant ads.Share performance insights and run A/B tests to enhance acquisition.Audience Testing & Segmentation: refine audiences, test new segments, and uncover opportunities for further growth.Develop key digital metrics and KPIs and key reporting to ensure digital marketing targets are being met.Set up a best practice engagement program for our online audience, and partner with relevant Departments to bring it to life.Analyse Client feedback and reviews to gain qualitative insights into customer preferences and pain points, complementing quantitative data.Develop strategies and drive key projects to ensure RATIONALE is innovative and maximises key online trends and technology application.Utilise analytics tools to gather, interpret, and leverage data on customer behaviour, website performance, and digital marketing effectiveness.Collaborate frequently and with ease across all departments, managing workflow and expectations both upwards and downwards through the business.QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar.Proven success in managing performance marketing channels, driving significant revenue growth.Expertise in SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate marketing with a track record of integrating and managing multi-channel efforts.Experience overseeing substantial marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective spending.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and other campaign management tools.Commercially astute with experience in budget planning, digital strategy, and growth initiatives.Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project management capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with high autonomy and strong team collaboration abilities.Strong understanding of the Online landscape across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, culture, etc.ON OFFER TO YOU At RATIONALE, we believe that our ability to deliver luminous skin for life is ultimately due to the exceptional employees we have working for us.
