My client is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in their Performance Marketing Team.
In this position, you will manage key performance marketing activities across the business, driving paid customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This role works closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align digital marketing initiatives with overall brand and marketing strategies, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation Manage budgets up to $500,000 per month, executing campaigns on platforms like SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads to achieve revenue growth and ROI targets.
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics and Commercial teams to measure campaign performance and develop actionable insights for optimization.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Revenue, Profit, and ROI.
Provide quarterly and annual budget forecasts alongside the Performance Marketing Manager.
Build strong relationships with advertising partners (Google, Microsoft, Meta) to leverage best practices and stay ahead of industry trends.
Customer Acquisition Partner with senior stakeholders to create and implement strategies for promoting digital products, ensuring customer acquisition targets are met.
Execute and optimize mobile app promotion campaigns across platforms like Apple Search Ads and Google Ads.
Train and mentor team members in customer acquisition campaign execution.
Test and scale new advertising channels and formats to enhance acquisition efforts.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Produce detailed post-campaign analysis reports.
Confidently present findings and strategies to team members and senior leadership.
