A unique opportunity to join our high-performing marketing team based at our offices in Mascot, Sydney.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and insights and who loves all aspects of Performance Media. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Pacific but working closely with Brand Marketing managers, marketing executives and digital specialists to review and improve our Performance activity across numerous channels.

You'll will also monitor new media opportunities and work with our agencies on recommendations for new ways to reach and engage with our customers.

Key accountabilities will include: Strategic Development Develop annual performance marketing plans and budgets in line with business requirements.Create and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase transactions and revenue.Keep abreast of new digital channels and where appropriate, recommend trial of channels, ensuring we engage with relevant audiences. Campaign Management Oversee and manage SEM budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Tracking spending and adjust budgets based on performance.Maintain and grow the affiliate program to create a new revenue stream for New Zealand providing full monthly reporting across ANZ.Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including paid search, paid social media and display advertising.Integrate performance marketing efforts across different channels for cohesive and unified campaigns.Work with Franchise owners as an intermediary with Media Agencies on ongoing paid search and social initiatives.Management of AU/NZ's third-party Online Business Listings (GMP) - ensuring data is current, relevant and that each profile is optimised via online platform provider. Data Analysis and Optimisation Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytical tools and dashboards.Management of Google, Media and Affiliate agency partnersContinuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation and creative adjustmentsImplement data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Generate detailed performance reporting and present insights to internal stakeholders.Utilise GA, SA360 and other tracking/monitoring solutions to develop and analyse campaign tracking/reporting to optimise performance and measure attribution. Team Collaboration Collaborate with wider team on driving overall marketing funnel performance resulting in strong conversion metrics.Manage day to day relationships with Media and Digital Agencies in conjunction with other team members.Work in conjunction with the Digital Team and Agency, provide SEO recommendations for primary web properties as well as third party publishers. What we're looking for Education - University Graduate with BComm/BSC or related computer science / information systems with experience in GA4, PMax and Adwords. Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush for keyword research and search engine optimisation. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and optimisation.

Technical - Demonstrated in-platform experience across GA4, SA360, DV360 and CM360 and in-depth knowledge of SEM and SEO, GA and related optimisation techniques. Experience working with data and reporting platforms, particularly GMP.

Experience - Proven experience in a digital marketing or Performance Marketing with commercial abilities in budget planning, digital strategy, and growth initiatives. Developing and recommending paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, spend allocation between channels, and biddable strategy. Experience working with algorithms, machine learning, and AI. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proven success in managing performance marketing channels, driving significant revenue growth. Skilled in managing multiple agency relationships and teams.

Further to the above you will be detail-oriented with excellent time management and project management capabilities. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders and be self-motivated with high autonomy and strong team collaboration abilities.
