Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager will drive global marketing strategies that are aligned with Scanlan Theodore's business objectives. You will develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to elevate our digital presence, driving traffic and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Drive, manage and optimise budget for all Paid Performance Marketing channels and markets including AU, US, EU and UK.
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including but not limited to paid search, organic & paid social, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing and SEO.
Collaborate with the broader business to ensure campaigns achieve predefined KPI's, ROI and objectives.
Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that are in line with business objectives with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
Build and run A/B tests and innovate and experiment with new acquisition channels to reach our target audiences.
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on data trends to gain insights and provide recommendations
Contribute, support and drive marketing projects collaboratively to support business objectives through various activities by collaborating with key stakeholders.
What are we seeking?
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field, a Master's degree would be advantageous to your application
3+ years of extensive experience in performance marketing operations, analytics, and reporting within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment (B2C online retail environment).
Experience in Global strategies and international digital marketing.
Experience building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation.
Strong track record and success in developing, and executing PPC, SEO, SEM, META and Affiliates strategies to meet business objectives.
Advanced capabilities in A/B testing .
Advanced analytical skills with demonstrable experience translating data into actionable insights, driving optimizations and reporting metrics and performance to leadership teams.
Capability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and encourage innovation within the team.
High level of attention to detail and work integrity.
Advanced communication, organisation and problem solving skills
Adaptable and agile towards changing work demands.
