We're looking for an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager to join our mission-driven team.
About Us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Placed in General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics, Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average 2 hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible.
About The Job As our first performance marketing manager, you will drive user acquisition and retention across the US, UK, and Australia. You'll use data-driven strategies to scale growth campaigns, optimize our funnels, and refine targeting. You'll shape how clinicians discover and engage with our AI medical scribe, and as our first hire in this space, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team to support our performance marketing efforts.
What you'll bring to the table Skills & Capabilities 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for B2B SaaS, focusing on measurable, data-driven growth.A track record of managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate channel performance, test new tactics, and iterate quickly.Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.Deep curiosity about emerging marketing technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.Strong analytical mindset and understanding of user journeys, with a focus on improving acquisition, activation, and retention.Attitude & Approach to Work User Obsession: You'll bring unwavering commitment to developing the most exceptional product for our users.
