As we continue our growth trajectory, with ambitions to scale five-fold, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketeer to join the team and drive our next wave of growth.
This role will focus on acquiring new members through digital channels, crafting effective advertising campaigns, and driving growth through optimised, data-driven strategies. Working closely with media and creative agencies, you'll plan and execute a 12-month campaign calendar aligned with our events, retail promotions, and community engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail focused, digital customer acquisition strategies, with hands-on experience in paid media (social, search, display) across leading channels – Tik Tok, Meta, Paid Search in Google and You Tube. The successful candidate will also be proficient in developing complementary performance marketing channels across referral marketing, affiliate marketing and partnership ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel paid digital acquisition campaigns.Manage annual campaigns plan, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.Collaborate, direct and work with Media and Creative agency to execute timely campaigns, to acquire customers and increase awareness and recall for the Future Golf Valuer Proposition.Provide timely reports to the business on campaign performance, through analytics and campaign insights.Manage performance budget and key channels across performance channels, affiliate and referral marketing.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Analytics or a related field.5+ years' experience in similar role(s).Proven experience in digital acquisition across key channels for Retail clients.Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.Agency management experience.Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in performance analysis.
