Job Summary: Ruggable has tremendous momentum in Australia and we are now looking to build a local team to lead the next journey of growth. We are looking to bring in a Manager to run acquisition and media campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive results through managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, and will expand into other platforms to grow the business. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to participate in the broader marketing and localization strategy for Australia and lead a small but growing team that will run site optimization/digital merchandising and CRM/retention. What You'll Do: Ad ManagementManage campaigns with clear marketing KPIs in mind, whose goals may be acquisition, direct response, or engagementManage bids, budgets, audiences, and all targeting settingsPlan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns, such as audiences, creative, and bidsReport back on test results to fuel further tests and provide insights to other parts of the businessAnalysisDiligently monitor the performance and continuously optimize in order to grow sales while hitting efficiency goalsProvide insights to help the full marketing team improve efforts, including messages that drive engagement and sales, the impact of promotions, and similar analysisConduct market research of other e-commerce and competitor marketing best practicesMaintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)Project ManagementBrief in and manage delivery of new creative to improve account performanceCoordinate creatives for promotions and product launches for wider teamStrategic leadershipLead a team to effectively execute e-comm / retention and other initiatives (e.g., PR, influencer, local partnerships etc.)Oversee our marketing execution and overall performance in Australia and be the thought leader on understanding Australian consumer preferencesWork closely with HQ (LA) to report on performance and collaborate on strategy and executionWhat You'll Need to Have: Required: 3-5+ years of experience in managing PPC / search and paid social media campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR)Analytical with strong quantitative skillsExpertise in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsA passion for strong creatives that performOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environmentExcitement for start-ups and building from the ground upExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldCompensation: 150,000 AUD per year base salary ($98,000 USD)An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
