**Key Responsibilities:** **Digital Campaign Management** - Lead and optimise Google Ads and Social campaigns to drive ROI, aligning with client goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge strategies to exceed KPIs.
- Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and performance tracking.
**Performance Optimisation** - Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to improve key metrics (ROI, CPA, ROAS).
- Apply advanced techniques in audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
**Technical Expertise** - Use Google Ads and performance marketing tools to analyse campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver strategic optimizations across all campaign elements for maximum impact.
**Reporting & Analytics** - Provide actionable insights and clear reports using data visualisation tools.
- Present campaign effectiveness and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
**Team Leadership** - Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and ensure timely task execution.
- Collaborate across teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies and successful campaign outcomes.
**Client Leadership** - Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary contact for key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and ensure high client satisfaction.
