Performance Insights Director We are seeking a dynamic leader to head a team dedicated to enhancing infrastructure project performance through advanced data, systems, and analytical tools and reporting insights.
This role is crucial in supporting program and project teams by identifying opportunities and risks early, enabling timely corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
The successful candidate will continuously improve tools and processes to enhance project management efficiency, conduct post-implementation reviews to embed lessons learned in future projects, and provide resource planning capabilities to ensure workforce capability and capacity.
This leadership role, accountable for supporting the delivery of substantial investments up to $3.5 B per year, reports to the Head of Infrastructure Delivery Office.

Delivery Performance KPI reporting (including earned value and Cost Performance).
Ensuring the function provides high quality, evaluative thinking and evidence informed analysis and advice to project teams and Infrastructure Delivery leadership.
What are we looking for? Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., program/project management, engineering) and business/management, plus a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience.
Over 10 years' experience at Senior Management levels in project management and project controls.
Demonstrated experience managing and reporting of large-scale, complex projects/programs.
Proven team leadership ability to coach and develop the capability of others.
