If so, you could be Compare the Market's next Performance and Growth Manager, focusing on Travel and Pet Insurance.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving the performance and success of our Travel and Pet insurance products.
Reporting to the Head of Travel and Pet Insurance, you'll have the opportunity to establish robust performance strategies and provide leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

As the Performance and Growth Manager for Travel and Pet Insurance, you will be responsible for achieving targeted quote completion volumes through effective collaboration with all of Compare the Market's marketing leaders and team members.
You'll work closely with the Head of Travel and Pet Insurance and each of the marketing teams to identify strategies and programs that drive quote completions and sales.

By leveraging customer behavior insights and marketing trends, you'll help deliver impactful marketing executions that generate revenue.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with key marketing leaders and team members to deliver quote completions from each lead source for each vertical.
Lead and drive marketing ideation with the Head of Vertical and the Marketing team.
Generate ideas for each lead source, including automated programs, ongoing campaigns, and ad-hoc executions.
Work closely with the marketing teams to progress initiatives, track outcomes, and make necessary adjustments.
Adapt existing programs and create new ones that align with or set new market trends.
Collaborate with partners and use claims stories for marketing executions.
Approve marketing executions, including emails, social media campaigns, and website pages that enhance SEO performance.
Contribute to the overall success of the General Insurance team as a key member.
Demonstrate execution excellence, build professional relationships, and influence across Compare the Market.
Support and strengthen the Compare the Market brand and culture by modelling high performance standards, positively influencing teams, resolving conflicts, and promoting the company's vision and objectives.
What You'll Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in the General Insurance industry; Travel and Pet Insurance knowledge would be advantageous.
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve positive outcomes for the business.
Proven experience influencing others and leading initiatives.
Excellent communicator at all levels.
