A Brisbane-based agency is looking for their next Performance Director with a focus on Google Ads.
The Performance Director will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing campaigns across different platforms (Google, Meta, etc), consulting directly with clients, and driving results that align with client goals and business objectives.
They operate in a pod-based model where you will be responsible for working on Google and META ads, reporting to the pod leader.
You will be reporting to the pod leader but once up to speed have opportunities to have a more collaborative approach.
You: MUST have 3+ years of experience running campaigns across channels and navigating stakeholders.MUST have extensive experience in Google Ads.Have 2+ years in account management or client-facing experience.Experience in META ads.Demonstrate a sound understanding of business operations and profitability, approaching campaigns strategically.Have worked in an agency previously and have an understanding of working with multiple clients at a time.Responsibilities: Participating in daily meetings with the assigned pod, identifying and recommending campaign optimisations for Meta and Google.Hands-on Google ads and META ads campaigns.Conducting daily checks, assessing budget allocations, and ensuring smooth campaign operations.Managing 5-10 clients with a total monthly budget of up to $80,000.Leading weekly client calls to discuss campaign performance and present new ideas.Collaborating with designers on campaign creative changes.If this sounds like you then please apply now.
