This role aims to maximise efficiency by synchronising owned and paid digital media channels while establishing measurement expertise This role focuses on ensuring an integrated approach to digital marketing that delivers consistent brand messaging and optimized user experiences across all touchpoints, including retailers, paid search, email, websites and e-commerce platforms. Support brands to optimise consumer touchpoint integrations and deliver value and efficiency though media investment analysis and recommendations, including sharing internal success cases.

Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field5+years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on omnichannel strategiesProven track record of driving growth and improving performance across digital marketing channelsStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPI's, attribution models and data driven optimisation techniquesSolid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environmentExperience with owned, paid media platforms and omnichannel performance strategiesSound knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving business goals
