Performance & Collaboration Lead

Reporting directly to the General Manager Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, the Performance & Collaboration Lead is responsible for Land 400-2 Program governance and reporting. This will include development, implementation and reporting of key program governance, controls such as schedule performance, risk & issue management, change management and resource allocations alongside internal and external reporting obligations.
This role will liaise and collaborate internally with the Land 400-2 Program and RDA Leadership team and other Rheinmetall Entities (internal partners) in Australia and Europe, and externally with Commonwealth of Australia representatives.
About your new team RDA's operations in Australia are growing rapidly and we are seeking an experienced Performance & Collaboration Lead to join us during this exciting and dynamic time. This senior leadership position you will act as the prime interface for the delivery of our Land 400-2 program to the Commonwealth of Australia.

Responsibilities include: Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline; Proven experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Defence Industry; Experience in managing projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies; Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional (desirable); Ability to create concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate key program topics; Sound and proven leadership capabilities; Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, consultation and negotiation skills; Ability to travel internationally and domestically when required; and Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance - NV1 (Australian Citizenship required).
