Through trusted relationships and world leading insight we work closely with our customers to design, build and sustain assets, infrastructure, and facilities.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Attribution Technical Specialist to join our Rail and Transit Systems team in Auburn-NSW.The Performance Attribution Technical Specialist will report to the Performance Attribution Manager and forms part of the Rail & Transit System NSW Project and Contract Delivery team. The successful candidate will analyse train systems data and business systems data to collate root causes and contributing factors to fleet operational delays and penalties. You will provide investigation and analysis reports for incident attribution and continuous improvement of fleet performance. You will be required to liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and representatives of the clients.Ideally, you will have the following experience:Mechanical, Electrical Tertiary Engineering qualification or other relevant trade qualificationExperience in the maintenance of complex electrical and mechanical systems, the use of PC based fault diagnostic tools, and implementation of reliability programs in a rolling stock, asset management or heavy maintenance industryExperience dealing with customers on fleet performance and reliability mattersKnowledge of formal engineering change processes, configuration management processes and reliability improvement processes, including failure-reporting and investigationsKnowledge of quality assurance proceduresAble to develop and issue reliability reports and propose rolling stock performance improvement programsAble to provide input to a risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact on fleet availability and sustainabilityAble to investigate defects and incidents to support the incident attributionWhat we offer:Permanent full-time position - the role will be day shiftCompetitive remuneration packageOpportunities for career developmentA workplace that focuses on Zero Harm, making safety a core part of everything we doIf you are passionate about the rail industry and have technical expertise, we encourage you to APPLY.
