Performance Architect and Engineer (ACT/VIC/SA/QLD)Are you an expert in architectural engineering and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We're looking for a Performance Architect Engineer Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to support critical programs of work. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise to modernise systems and ensure compliance while working with a high-performing team aligned to SAFe Agile methodology.Key Responsibilities:Maintain expert-level knowledge in one or more key specialisms, providing authoritative advice.Oversee the provision of specialist advice, consolidating input from diverse sources for cohesive solutions.Promote and support the development and dissemination of specialist knowledge within the organisation.Partner with stakeholders to drive forward-thinking strategies that meet long-term objectives.Essential Criteria:Recognised expertise in a specialised area, with a proven ability to deliver strategic guidance.Strong experience in consolidating and integrating advice from multiple sources.Demonstrated capability to promote knowledge sharing and skill development within teams.Effective leadership in environments requiring collaboration across diverse technical and operational teams.Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne.Contract Duration: 19 months with 3 x 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance to perform this role.How to ApplyDoes this role sound perfect for you?
