About the role
The Performance & Allocations Specialist is a pivotal role that proactively supports the Performance & Allocations Manager in providing analysis, reporting and insights on key performance metrics for the Claims Management Group.
This role will also manage the flow of claims within the Claims Management Group, ensuring efficient allocation of clients to claims managers.
Collaborating with key internal stakeholders across all claims branches, you will drive improvements in operations, allocation, and quality processes while coaching teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes aligned with best practices.
You will also have the opportunity to work on various initiatives as part of TAC's new Make Every Day Matter Strategy.
About the Team
This role is part of the Operational Development & Performance branch, where you will join a small, close-knit team that values communication and trust.
You will be supported by the Performance & Allocations Manager, who promotes a collaborative environment and actively encourages the professional development of their team members.
What we're looking for
Data Driven and Detail Oriented
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn and navigate web-based systems like Avanti.
Strong attention to detail is essential in this role, and knowledge of claims management processes would be highly regarded.
Curious and Inquisitive Nature
A proactive mindset with an openness to embrace change and work independently.
You will demonstrate a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
You will be capable of influencing and coaching stakeholders on best practice.
