Spicy Web is an award-winning marketing and digital design agency based in Melbourne. We're looking for somebody with exceptional relationship-building skills and experience with pay-per-click platforms (primarily Google Ads) to drive results for our clients.

The role of the Performance Ads Specialist will work closely under the Head of Paid Media, and alongside the broader digital marketing team to contribute to helping our clients achieve amazing results.

About the Role On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Develop strategy, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, including a mix of B2B and B2C businesses. Proactively manage client relationships with regular meetings, reporting, and insights, helping them to achieve their business goals. Proactively offer strategic advice to clients whilst consistently adding value as a high-level strategic partner. Proactively assist clients with improving their online user experience through CRO. Keep up to date with the core knowledge needed to be an effective digital marketing account manager.
