About the Role In this pivotal role, you will map and document internal and external training department processes, develop governance structures, and establish standardised procedures that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our Learning Management System (LMS). Your work will contribute directly to the success of Barminco's strategic objectives by ensuring seamless integration between our Perenti Global Framework and broader business procedural changes.

Develop governance structures for the INX platform to support enterprise-wide usage. Create comprehensive procedures for business interactions with the LMS and manage updates aligned with procedural changes. Design and implement standardised processes for LMS interactions, ensuring alignment with the updated training framework. Maintain and regularly review procedural documentation for accuracy and relevance. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and requirements. Foster communication between the training department and other business units. Develop and execute a change management plan to ensure procedural changes are communicated and embraced across the organisation. Key Requirements: Proven experience in project management, with a clear understanding of project lifecycles. Expertise in navigating complex organisational structures and managing stakeholders. Strong background in process development and implementing governance frameworks. Knowledge of industrial procedures and their relationship with internal and external regulations.
