Job Description - Customer Service Specialist (24000159) Who We Are

The Role The Customer Service Specialist team is one of the faces of Pepper Money for our customers. This role is responsible for answering any queries and calls post-settlement. You could find yourself helping a customer with their loan balance, updating their contact details and assisting our customers with their loan repayments.
Working on queue to be ready for inbound calls – this would include mortgage (AU & NZ) and asset finance calls. Managing email inbox for contact centre, NZ servicing, and TCV customer service. Action any customer follow-up enquiries and complete outbound calls. Lodge and manage internal customer complaints. About You We are looking for:
Previous contact centre experience – managing high volume of calls. Understanding around workforce management. Ability to meet and exceed call-centre KPI's – handling time, adherence etc. Able to work on a rotating roster between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
