As a Peoplesoft Technical Delivery Senior Manager You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of PeopleSoft systems within our Client environments. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilisation of PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the PeopleSoft team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Build and manage a high-performing team of onshore and offshore PeopleSoft developers, consultants, and administrators. Collaborate with business leaders, Client technical leads and end-users to understand their requirements and priorities. Provide guidance on system configurations, customisation, integration, and troubleshooting. Establish and enforce governance processes, standards, and policies for PeopleSoft development, deployment, and maintenance. Enough about us, let's talk about you. You will have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or certification in Peoplesoft is a plus Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role overseeing PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Proven leadership and team management skills Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft applications and their integrations with other modules.
