Typical projects include the preconstruction and construction phases of infrastructure developments such as roads, bridges, and water/sewer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a technical team
Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth and career development.
Develop and secure new business opportunities, managing ongoing client relationships with an emphasis on transparent and constructive communication.
Oversee project management of diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
Provide professional engineering advice and solutions that align with client needs and project goals.
Our ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of technical and personal qualities, including:
A degree in Civil Engineering, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership and/or project management qualifications.
At least 10 years of engineering experience in Australia, with a strong background in managing professional teams.
Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure project management, ideally involving road, bridge, or water/sewer projects.
Ethical, reliable, and committed to open and honest service delivery.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to balance competing priorities, work autonomously, and inspire a positive, collaborative team culture.
Current NSW driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Australia.
RPEQ and/or CPEng certification is highly desirable.
