Our ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of technical and personal qualities, including:
A degree in Civil Engineering, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership and/or project management qualifications. At least 10 years of engineering experience in Australia, with a strong background in managing professional teams. Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure project management, ideally involving road, bridge, or water/sewer projects. Ethical, reliable, and committed to open and honest service delivery. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Able to balance competing priorities, work autonomously, and inspire a positive, collaborative team culture. Current NSW driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Australia.
