About the Role

We are pleased to collaborate with a distinguished Queensland organisation in their search for a Manager of People Transformation. This position will report directly to the Head of People, Culture, and Capability. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will support the development of the People Strategy and lead a team in the design, implementation, and integration of strategic workforce initiatives focused on enhancing organisational performance and capability. Furthermore, this role will oversee program and change management to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the organisation's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with People and Culture leaders to design and develop the People Strategy, offering expertise on strategic workforce initiatives that are fit-for-purpose and aligned with the organisation's strategic priorities;
Provide strategic direction and change management expertise to leaders for the development and delivery of workforce initiatives that drive organisational transformation and cultural change;
Manage the People Strategy program, aligning workforce initiatives with organisational goals while establishing effective performance measures and outcomes;
Lead the Talent Development and Diversity program, including initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent development programs for targeted groups;
Build and nurture effective stakeholder relationships ensuring buy-in and commitment to the strategic program, fostering a collaborative relationship across all levels of the organisation;
Enhance the capability of the People and Culture team in change management, providing tools and coaching to improve leadership of people-related initiatives;
Provide high level complex specialist advice across the employee lifecycle and related HR functions to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic outcomes and meeting operational and legislative requirements;
Collaborate with executive and organisational leaders to understand business drivers and culture, ensuring the People Strategy meets operational needs;
Conduct external benchmarking and research to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the People Strategy;
Design and deliver regular communications to engage employees and leaders, ensuring awareness and support for ongoing initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of strategic workforce initiatives and change management, with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and achieve organisational objectives. While a post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable, all candidates must be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
