JOB DESCRIPTION 12 months maximum term contract - Full-time or Part-time Sydney or Newcastle - Hybrid - Associate Our People Technology team has key relationships with our internal and global stakeholders and vendor/third Party Suppliers. We blend technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We're looking for a People Technology HRIS Associate to develop and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Team Members, People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners and P&C Managers nationally to ensure the delivery of consistent and sufficient technical recruitment and HR systems support, within our vast community of solvers. Use the know-how you've gained in HRIS processes and systems (Workday/Phenom People preferred). With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you ensure smooth and stability of the system based on best practices, including governance and documentation in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in HR systems, you'll solve problems by being part of the escalation team to resolve questions, queries and issues raised by stakeholders . In our People Technology team, you'll also: Provide Workday and Phenom People system maintenance as part of the support raised by P&C users via Service Request, e.g., EIB data processing, configuration on Workday objects etc Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, and senior management More About You The ideal candidate would have some or all of these personal qualities: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is desirable Familiarity with completing and submitting change request documentation for review and approval to implement enhancements The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following technical attributes: Workday Service Now Phenom People Microsoft Nice to have: Degree in Business or relevant Certifications in HRIS systems Experience in large corporations This role is for parental leave coverage.
