What you'll do In this dynamic and versatile role, you'll: Get involved with P&C initiatives : Play a key role in the design and delivery of P&C initiatives that drive engagement, performance and growth.
Drive Talent Acquisition : Partner with Hiring Managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our values.
Partner with stakeholders : Build strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business to provide expert advice on technical P&C matters, with a customer-oriented approach.
Deliver exceptional employee experiences : Identify opportunities to implement people-related initiatives to enhance engagement, build a positive culture, and foster a sense of belonging.
Qualifications Proven experience in the world of P&C and Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of both practices.
The ability to partner and consult with stakeholders with a customer-oriented focus to deliver on outcomes.
Strong and collaborative team player that can get GSD (Get Sh#t Done).
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement that'll help us move forward.
