As a senior member of the team, you will provide coaching and direction within the team and across the division, whilst providing 2IC support to the Head of People Systems & Insights to ensure continued optimisation of systems, data and processes across the function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the implementation of the People Systems roadmap and project plans to deliver system capability that supports the achievement of organisational strategy and business objectives. Leading platform initiatives to research new functionality to enhance the employee experience, reduce risk and maximise operating efficiencies across digital people processes. Managing end-to-end HR system upgrades and version release management. Effectively managing relationships with people system vendors, including escalations, risk mitigation and monitoring of usage and security. Leading the provision of SME support and coaching to stakeholders to build capability across core platforms and digital processes, including facilitated demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions and skilling workshops. Leading the provision of high-quality service delivery to internal customers through issues management and problem solving. Managing and contributing to the development and documentation of business processes to manage key person risk, enable knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to the people analytics team to manage design, delivery and improvements to core people reporting, including data structures and self-service reporting capabilities. About youTo be successful in this role, you'll need a growth mindset and a well-developed understanding of how data, processes and our digital environment impact the employee experience. You are comfortable taking a lead role in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and your well developed communication style enables you to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
We also seek:
Significant experience in HR platforms configuration, administration and data governance – Oracle HCM experience is preferred, not essential. Demonstrated experience implementing end to end continuous improvement programs. High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Visio and other digital collaboration tools. Experience in writing and developing business documents and end-to-end process mapping. Experience managing technical change processes. Recognised analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Highly organised, ability to prioritise and be proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
