SVHA People Systems and Data team is seeking its next Workday HCM superstar, People Systems Functional Specialist – Talent .
This role owns the Core HCM, Performance Management and Recruiting modules within Workday - maintaining business processes and security domains.
You will provide both functional and technical Workday expertise in the planning, configuration and management of our Workday solution.
You will also work to identify opportunities to optimise our Workday solution by improving the efficiency of existing Workday modules, introducing new Workday functionality and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
This position will be offered as Permanent Full Time, based out of our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Group Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the continuous improvement of Workday Core HCM, Performance Management and Recruiting business processes.
Proactively seeking how to utilise and implement Workday functionality to gain further value across the business.
Implementing Workday new features and enhancements.
Contributing to the Workday roadmap and strategy and prioritization of features and enhancements.
Working with stakeholders to plan, prioritise and schedule Application Enhancements and Applications Development.
Leading Workday related change management activities.
Responsible for regression testing as needed during Workday releases.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to optimize and maintain the SVHA Workday Talent functions.
You will understand and follow defined development standards and best practices.
It is essential that you have a deep understanding of Workday Core HCM, Performance Management and Recruiting functions and the touchpoints with other Workday functions.
You must also have demonstrated experience of:
Application Support.
Workday functional knowledge.
Stakeholder engagement.
Experience working in large/complex organisations.
