Where the team fits in As a People Systems Analyst, you'll be bringing subject matter expertise to the way that REA supports its suite of HR technology.
This role will work with a wide range of key stakeholders from the P&C function to support the delivery of cyclical work.
What The Role Is All About Investigate and analyse system issues.
Recommend, develop, and implement fixes where required.Support key cyclical processes (e.g.
annual performance reviews).Configure changes to workflows, notifications and reports in Workday.Complete necessary UAT and other end-to-end systems validation.Follow data governance, documentation standards and change request processes.Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a few runs on the board, perhaps you have worked on a Workday implementation and are now looking to work on an established system to continue to build your knowledge.
Our ideal candidate would:
Have a working knowledge of common Workday modules; certificates are a nice bonus.Bring curiosity along with business engagement and analysis skills.Be able to translate technical constraints into easy to understand language to support your stakeholders.Have exposure to other HR systems.The REA Experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
