About Your Role As a People Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in our Organisational Development team.
Optimising, maintaining, and innovating our systems within the People Team.
Handling day-to-day system administration and ensure employee provisioning and data management is accurate.
Your Key Focus Administer, configure, and maintain the People & Culture systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting system errors.
Provide end-user support and training to employees and managers.
Collaborating across teams to streamline processes and workflows.
Generate and analyse reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Partner with vendors to implement system updates and resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
What We Look For We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual with a passion for leveraging systems to enable organisational success, this role is for you!
Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably within HR or People & Culture systems.
Strong proficiency with HR software (e.g., IntelliHR, Go1, PageUp, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
Experience in system implementation or upgrades is a plus.
