Optimising, maintaining, and innovating our systems within the People Team.
Handling day-to-day system administration and ensure employee provisioning and data management is accurate.Your Key Focus Administer, configure, and maintain the People & Culture systems (, HRIS, ATS, LMS).Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting system errors.Provide end-user support and training to employees and managers.Collaborating across teams to streamline processes and workflows.Generate and analyse reports to inform strategic decision-making.Partner with vendors to implement system updates and resolve technical issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
What We Look ForWe're looking for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual with a passion for leveraging systems to enable organisational success, this role is for you!
Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably within HR or People & Culture systems.Strong proficiency with HR software (, IntelliHR, Go1, PageUp, or similar).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.Experience in system implementation or upgrades is a plus.
