Job Description About the role  Join our team as the People Systems Administrator and be at the forefront of maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
As a key member, you will oversee system implementations, address HR system inquiries, support the P&C team, and produce vital reports.
Your role will involve resolving system challenges throughout the organization and aiding in HR metrics data collection.
Key accountabilities: Coordinate the implementation of system and process changes to address challenges and align with business requirements.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new systems or updates.
Provide first-line support to the P&C team and employees on HR systems queries and issues.
Assist in identifying and implementing suitable solutions and enhancements to optimise system functionality.
Develop and deliver high-quality and timely reports and metrics using HRIS tools to support informed leader-led decision-making and compliance needs across P&C and the organisation.
Assist in the automation of report generation processes where feasible to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications About you Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in HR systems administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g., BambooHR, Elmo, SAP or equivalent), with the ability to navigate and utilise system functionalities effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in reporting and system maintenance.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations, including data privacy laws and compliance standards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
