About the opportunity We're pleased to invite applications for the position of People Support Services Team Leader, as part of our Support Services team based in Hindmarsh, SA.
Reporting to the Regional Payroll & Support Services Manager, you will lead a small team to deliver the highest quality Support Services administrative support and maintain systems that protect the integrity of business, the brand and our people.
Your focus will be on leading, supporting and training the Support Services team, along with developing, delivering and improving core processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on improving the employee experience.
As part of your specific responsibilities, you will: Lead the People Support Services team to deliver core HR related processes and activities.Create and maintain a suite of Support Services reports for use by the Board and executive leadership.Maintain systems and processes to ensure the timely capture of accurate people data.Ensure the team adheres to all processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify and analyse gaps in current processes and system data, and create solutions, ensuring any changes are documented and communicated.Manage and maintain filing & storage systems ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.About you What you'll need: Experience in a similar role ideally in a large and complex organisation.A sound understanding of Human Resources processes.Proven experience leading small teams.Experience in process mapping.Strong organisation and time-management skills.The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Well-developed communication skills, and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite.What we'll offer you: A commitment to your ongoing professional development.A commitment to corporate social responsibility – we support local communities and charities and are committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing.A health and wellbeing program so you feel supported to be at your best.Access to an active social club.If you are looking to work in a global business and are driven to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
