Drawing on your experience as an HR generalist or employee relations professional, you will have a depth of expertise to respond to a broad range of enquiries, and if you don't know the answer, you will take ownership to find it!Your Impact:Part of a national HR team, you will be responsible for:As a case manager, providing HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle - ER, engagement, retention, and performance-related enquiries.Providing pragmatic, risk-aware, and uncomplicated advice that keeps our business moving at pace.
