Role: Employee Relations Partner (internal Title People Support Partner) Location: Hybrid or Virtual (depending on where you are located) Employment Type: Permanent Full time OR Part time (depending on your preference) As the first point of contact for people-related enquiries from both team members and leaders, the People Support Partner is responsible for providing high-quality, tailored, and humanised coaching and advice. Drawing on your experience as an HR generalist or employee relations professional, you will have a depth of expertise to respond to a broad range of enquiries, and if you don't know the answer, you will take ownership to find it!

As a case manager, providing HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle - ER, engagement, retention, and performance-related enquiries.Providing pragmatic, risk-aware, and uncomplicated advice that keeps our business moving at pace.
