We're looking for a HR People Success Partner to join our ever-evolving APAC People & Culture team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
Our People and Culture team ensure every Worldpayer feels empowered to own it.
They work hard to co-create a winning culture that inspires and enables us to be our best.
What you'll own
Be the front-face of HR in local office and drive employee experience locally.
Drive local office culture, employee engagement initiatives across the different offices in Australia.
Partner with different centralized HR teams to design and implement HR policies and processes.
Work closely with HR Operations team and Payroll team to ensure smooth delivery of employee experience.
Partner closely with global HR Business Partners and ensure business HR strategies are successfully implemented.
Implement all corporate HR initiatives such as annual appraisal, salary review, bonus review, etc.
Coach and support local teams and managers on learning and development, policy advisory, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.
Lead and implement communication plans related to changes in HR policies and processes and any HR initiatives.
Lead and manage all employer relations issues including disciplinary cases, grievances.
Ensure all of our HR processes and HR policies are compliant with local employment laws.
Support other APAC related tasks and other related duties assigned as needed.
Cross support other offices within APAC.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Where you'll own it
You'll own it in our APAC hub.

What you bring
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
At least 8 years of relevant HR experiences in a commercial environment.
Possess strong knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) regulations, related labor laws and employment laws affecting the workplace.
Strong organizational, problem solving and oral and written communications skills.
Strong experience in managing employee relations issues.
Ability to handle stressful situations, manage multiple deadlines, work on moderate to complex projects and objectively evaluate information gathered.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management and clients.
