We're Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT), and we're on the hunt for a superstar People Staff Coordinator to lead and support our amazing Care Workers across the Northern Rivers region.
The Role - Full-time role based in Casino, NSW.
The Home Care People Staff Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring compliance for all home care employees in the assigned regions.
This role supports the strategic growth and sustainability of home care services by implementing key targets and responsibilities, including expanding the home care business within the regions.
The position involves close collaboration with the Area Manager Home Care and Retirement Living or Regional Manager Home Care to provide leadership, vision, and management of home care employees across the Northern Rivers region.
The People Staff Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of SCC's Strategic Plan and the integration of Aged Care Quality Standards.

Cert IV in Training & Assessment Well-developed leadership skills with a demonstrated experience building and retaining a high performing and engaged team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills Up to date computer skills including use of Microsoft Office and electronic rostering Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs of the elderly Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Management/ Community Services, Health or equivalent (desirable) Certificate 4 in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent (desirable) Clean driver's license What's in it for you?
